Players receive a 30‑minute free pass.

Opening Ceremonies

Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• 6:00 PM – Parade of Teams
• 7:30 PM – Concert featuring CJ Beatty

Thursday, July 9

Time: 8:00 AM

• Pool play begins (all teams play at least 2 games).
• Coaches check‑in continues at the fields.

Friday, July 10

Time: 8:00 AM

• Pool play continues.
• Pool play concludes.
• Double‑elimination bracket play begins (afternoon/evening).

Saturday, July 11

Time: 8:00 AM

• Bracket play continues.

Sunday, July 12

Time: 8:00 AM

• Bracket play concludes and champions are crowned.

Important Notes

• Bracket schedules will not be mailed out in advance. Pool play schedules
  will be posted no later than Monday of tournament week.
• Bracket seeding is based on pool play results; double‑elimination
  bracket play starts Friday afternoon/night.
• Player, coach, and other pre‑tournament items are distributed at team check‑in.
• All times are subject to change. Please verify the most current itinerary at team check‑in.
• Once the tournament begins, managers must check the main bracket board for any changes in
  game times, field assignments, or other event information.
